The Challenge
Design a logo and print materials for the redesign of a realtor brand. SR Realtor Group wanted a fresh rebrand to market fashion-forward properties while keeping their signature black and white brand colors.

The Approach
My vision for this brand was to create a visual identity that feels modern and fashion-forward while feeling trustworthy. The logo combines a refined script with a clean roofline silhouette to immediately communicate home, structure, and expertise. The script monogram adds personality and approachability. Intentionally, I paired two contrasting type styles: Iowan, a fluid, signature-style script to convey personalization, high-touch service, and boutique-level care, feels premium and distinctive for body text. While Bilgie, a creative serif for headings, reinforces professionalism and modernity. The brand requested to keep the dark and light contrasting color, so I curated a pairing that still had high contrast but felt softer. Instead of the jet black and pure white pairing, I curated a #2e2e2e (Charcoal Black) and #ffffff (White) pairing. My favorite element, the geometric pattern, introduces modernity and fashion-forward energy. The business card was designed to feel tactile and memorable, from the bold patterned framing with the monogram centered for strong brand recognition, to the clean layout with clear hierarchy, minimal icons, and a QR code for seamless digital engagement, with generous use of negative space to make it breathable and premium.

The Solution
The finished identity gave SR Realty Group a script and roofline logo system with a script monogram, a softened charcoal and white palette, an Iowan and Bilgie typography pairing, and a signature geometric pattern that carries the brand's fashion-forward energy across every touchpoint. That system came to life in a two-sided business card built around the pattern and monogram, plus letterhead ready for client correspondence, giving the realtor group print materials that feel as boutique and trustworthy as the properties they represent.
