Cancellation Policy

Consultation Length Discovery calls are typically 30-45 minutes. Please be prepared to make the most of your scheduled time by having a general idea of your project needs, goals, and desired timeline. Booking & Confirmation Your consultation is considered confirmed once you have completed the booking process. Please provide accurate contact information and any relevant project details requested during booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule your consultation using the link provided in your confirmation email. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for another complimentary consultation. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your consultation, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments can remain on schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the consultation may be considered a no-show. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and do not provide notice, the appointment may be forfeited. A new consultation may require a new booking and, if applicable, a consultation fee. Project Estimates & Pricing The discovery call allows us to better understand your project so I can determine the appropriate scope and provide an accurate proposal or estimate. Any pricing discussed during the call is preliminary unless confirmed in a formal proposal or contract. Respect for Time & Professionalism I value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy in return. Consultations are intended to be professional, collaborative, and respectful. If your project is outside my services, timeline, or current availability, I’ll let you know honestly so we can determine the best next step. Moving Forward After the consultation, you may receive a proposal outlining the recommended services, scope, timeline, investment, and next steps. Booking a consultation does not obligate you to purchase design services. If we decide to work together, the project will officially begin once the required agreement, deposit, and other onboarding requirements have been completed.
